Effective Meetings & Building Relations

This workshop is one of the Core Four skill-sets to help working professionals improve the

effectiveness of their communication.

According to some of the most recent literature, many managers and working professionals

feel that 35 to 45 % of all the meetings they attend are a waste of time. On average, this

translates to between 12 to 15 days a year for each meeting participant. This is unfortunate

when you consider meetings are the main venue where people get together to exchange

ideas, get updated, and make decisions in most organizations.

The general feedback as to why some meetings are considered a waste of time is due to: long

discussions with no conclusion, low attendance or too may have been invited, uneven participation, unwilling to ask questions and the list goes on.

This workshop is designed to show participants how to run effective meetings where people

feel meetings are an investment of time and not a waste of time.
