The Structured Interview Workshop

There are often times when a manager will hire a person who meets all the qualifications

needed for the job. The new hire will have the right education, the years of experience and

the correct technical skills and knowledge. Sometimes it is only months or even weeks that

go by when the manager discovers that he/she has made a terrible choice in hiring that par-

ticular person. This is the risk many organizations run if they use traditional interviewing

methods.

The Structured Interview Workshop gives you the ability to make the right hiring decisions -

and avoid costly mistakes. Participants are taught competency-based behavioral interview-

ing, using the recognized principle that past and present behavior is the best predictor of fu-

ture performance.

Whether you're an experienced or novice interviewer, you will benefit from these techniques

and will be able to use them immediately in your next interview. The result? You'll have better

interviewing skills which lead to better hires and a competitive edge for your company.
