COLLABORATION.

Our collaboration program teaches the self-awareness and communication skills that masterful collaborators use to work seamlessly across groups of diverse people, personalities, and organizational silos.

Psychological Safety.

When people come together, it is natural for dysfunctions to emerge in their relationships. Overcoming these challenges and building strong bonds requires an investment of time and effort.

Participants in this unit gain a fresh understanding of how their brain works and learn targeted strategies to build trust and foster strong relationships. They explore the dynamics of the social brain and acquire key communication skills necessary for creating and maintaining cohesive relationships. The goal is to create an environment where participants feel a sense of psychological safety—being secure, connected, and valued.

By investing in this unit, participants develop the tools to comprehend their brain's functioning, enhance their communication skills, and establish strong bonds of trust. This enables them to create an atmosphere of psychological safety within their relationships.

Empathy.

Our brains are equipped with a dedicated empathy circuit, enabling us to empathize with others and establish a deeper connection. By fostering empathy, we enhance our ability to relate to people, breaking down the barriers of "us vs them" thinking.

Activating our empathy circuit unlocks our natural capacity for effective communication. Instead of engaging in a mere dialogue, we gravitate towards meaningful discussions. We listen attentively and connect with others on both intellectual and emotional levels. Our conversations strike a delicate balance between listening and sharing, fostering understanding and connection.

Engagement.

In the Curiosity and Engagement Learning Unit, we address the biological aspects of disengagement. Humans are wired for exploration, experimentation, and learning, not routine and repetition. Our brain features a dedicated circuit called the "urge & surge" network that rewards us for participating in these activities. Unfortunately, many organizational structures hinder our natural impulses, leading to disengagement.

In today's ever-changing landscape, fostering employee curiosity, creativity, and engagement is crucial. With small nudges, you can personally support individuals in reaching their fullest potential and navigate change successfully. By tapping into their innate drives, we can unlock their motivation and propel them forward.

Feedback.

In the Feedback Mastery Unit, we recognize the significance of listening to and acting on feedback for personal growth and effectiveness. Without strong and clear feedback, individuals may struggle to function fully and productively. However, providing constructive feedback is a skill that many of us lack.

Through this unit, participants learn the fundamentals of delivering good feedback. They discover the power of brain-based feedback, which encourages initiative, responsibility, trust, and ownership. By mastering the art of providing effective feedback, participants can enhance their competence, capabilities, and overall effectiveness.
